Winter Hikes

Guided tour lasting approx. 2 hours, with frequent stops. For ages 12 and up

Home-cooked meal

Cost: $90

Easy to intermediate level; not a lot of walking, but it does take a bit of physical stamina. You should be able to snowshoe 2 km without too much effort.

Snowshoeing & spruce

How about a snowshoe hike and an outdoor meal?

Follow us on a fun journey through the Lanaudière forest. Even in winter, there's plenty to discover! We'll be talking about forest edibles, trees, environmental phenomena, animal tracks, seasonal cycles and much more!

On our return from the woods, chef Josée Miller will welcome you with a forest BBQ, the secret of which is hers alone: a comforting soup, a woodland burger with homemade bread or a forest-flavoured hot dog, fire-roasted potatoes and a delicious dessert of her own making.

Warm winter boots, clothing designed for extreme negative temperatures, toque, gloves/mittens, etc. If you don't have the necessary equipment, you'll be cold and won't enjoy your hike...

Every year, we have underdressed participants... We recommend that you dress like an onion, in “multi-layers”: camisole + t-shirt + long-sleeved sweater + polar fleece, you get the idea?

Marcheurs-de-bois-raquettes

Don't have snowshoes? We can rent you some when you book.
