Easy level; not a lot of walking, but it does take a bit of physical stamina. You should be able to walk 3 to 4 km effortlessly.
Epicurious Walks
Are you an epicurean (and even more curious)? Your thirst for knowledge will be quenched and your taste buds delighted by the new flavors you’ll discover during this activity.
The day begins with a short presentation, followed by a guided hike in the forest where we’ll talk about the surrounding forests.
Then, for lunch, chef Josée Miller prepares a four-course forest feast featuring unique flavors: sumac, dune pepper, pine spikenard, sweet clover, balsam poplar, fir… and more. Everything to tantalize your taste buds!
Check the weather forecast before you leave, and dress accordingly: bring a jacket, a raincoat in case of rain, etc.
Good footwear (no flip-flops)
Hydration: Bring a bottle of fresh water.
In season, bring mosquito repellent, a net, Thermacell, etc.
